If you cancel a legal support service at least 48 hours before the scheduled start, you are eligible for a full refund of funds paid. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable due to preparation costs. If we cannot fulfill a service, you may choose a full refund or reschedule at no additional charge.

5.3 Goods
